Dosage
Adults and children over 1 year :
10ml (2 spoons) daily
Children 7-12 months:
5ml (1 teaspoon) daily
Infant 0-6 months:
2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) daily
Cod liver oil can be taken on it's own or mixed with either milk or orange juice. Do not exceed the stated dose. Use within 3 months of opening. Keep out of the reach of children.
