ABRO 1500 Silicone Sealant can be used to meet a variety of sealing needs. It cures to silicone rubber and adheres to glass, wood, metal, porcelain, ceramic, painted surfaces, and rubber.

Paintability: Most paints do not adhere well to sealant. Complete painting before applying. Marine Use: Not recommended or exterior below waterline marine applications. Directions: 1. Clean and dry surface. Remove any soap, oil or grease. 2. Cut tip off cartridge, screw on nozzle, cut nozzle to desired opening at 45' angle. Insert cartridge in standard caulking gun. 3. For a smooth seal, hold at a 45 degree angle and apply by pushing sealant head of nozzle. 4. If further tooling required, complete within 5 minutes. Remove excess sealant immediately with dry paper towel. 5 Normally sealant skins" in 5 minutes, drys to touch in one hour, fully cures and bonds in 24 hours Optimum strength is achieved in 7 days. 6. After sealant is completely cured, excess material can be removed by trimming with a sharp blade. Avoid undercutting the seal. 7. REUSABLE: If entire contents are sot used, extrude 3/8" of sealant beyond nozzle opening. When ready to reuse, pull out cured plug.
