DE Nosh Cassava Flour (Fufu) Farine de Fufu

Direction for Use:

(1kg serves six portions as a swallow)

Boil 50cl of potable water in a cooking pot to a boiling point

Remove from fire

Pour your flour (200g or milk cup) and stir simultaneously to your desired texture (hard or soft) 

There will be a colour change showing the food is ready

Then serve with desired soup

Note Flour colour is dependent on specie of cassava
