La Boie, a fitting tribute to this Dutchman who, through his studies, had the title of doctor, but who, by chance, founded this Gin.In the 17th century he just wanted to invent an effective diuretic to relieve body pain, but he made a distillate infused with juniper that showed no results for illnesses, but won over poets, artists and bohemians with its flavor. Gin has become an iconic drink that glides through flavors and causes goosebumps with citrus, lightness and perfection with flowers and surprise with fruits, creating a northern lights of flavors.
