In 1988, Sir Tony Ezenna starts Orange Drugs Limited as a pharmaceutical trading business. Orange Drugs Limited diversifies into the Personal Care Market with the launch of Delta medicated and antiseptic soap..  In 2004, A large soap manufacturing factory is established in Nigeria.

Orange West Africa Limited (OWAL) is created as Orange Group enters the Lighting business through a distribution agreement with Osram Germany for distribution rights in Nigeria and Ghana, while in 2007 Ghana Office is created.

Orange Kalbe Limited (OKL) is created during a joint-venture with Indonesia’s largest pharmaceutical company, Kalbe Farma. Orange owns 70 percent of the joint-venture.
